The invention belongs to the technical field of new energy automobiles, and particularly relates to a new energy automobile battery heat dissipation and shock absorption system which comprises a data acquisition module, an adjusting unit module, a data processing module and a mechanical module. According to the invention, a battery is fixed on an elastic plate and can slide up and down along a limiting frame in the vertical direction when encountering bumping, so that the elastic plate deforms up and down, the air flow in an air duct is large, and higher air pressure is formed at the upper arched part when the air passes through the surface of the deformed elastic plate; and a negative pressure area is formed in the concave position, then part of impact force can be absorbed through deformation of the elastic plate when bumping impact is transmitted to the elastic plate, the effect of guaranteeing the stability of the battery is further achieved due to the fact that wind power for cooling and heat dissipation is utilized in the system, the heat dissipation requirement is met, and the good damping effect is achieved, therefore, the structure of the system is simpler, and production and manufacturing are facilitated.

    本发明属于新能源汽车技术领域,具体的说是一种新能源汽车电池散热减震系统,包括数据采集模块、调节单元模块、数据处理模块和机械模块;本发明中通过将电池固定在弹性板上,在遇到颠簸时,在电池在竖直方向上能够沿着限位框架上下滑动,进而使得弹性板上下变形,有风道内的风速流动大,进而在经过变形后的弹性板的表面时,在经过上拱起处形成较高的气压,在下凹处形成负压区域,进而在颠簸的冲击的传递到弹性板时能够通过弹性板的变形吸收部分的冲击力,由于在该系统中利用了冷却散热的风力,进而起到保证电池的稳定的效果,进而即实现了散热的需求有起到较好的减震的效果,进而使得系统的结构更简单,进而更利于生产制造。
