The invention relates to a new energy automobile battery heat dissipation monitoring system which comprises battery packs, a temperature sensor and a heat dissipation device. Heat dissipation plates are arranged between heat conduction silica gel sheets at the bottoms and the tops of the adjacent battery packs, and a plurality of staggered supporting plates are arranged between the heat dissipation plates; the temperature sensor comprises a plurality of temperature probes and leads; the heat dissipation device comprises a snake-shaped liquid cooling pipe and a fan; the lead is connected with a battery monitoring system, and the battery monitoring system is connected with a cloud server through a wireless network; the battery management platform is connected with a user side through a cloud server; the new energy automobile battery is cooled by combining liquid cooling and air cooling; the temperature sensor is used for detection, and the battery monitoring system is used for monitoring, heat dissipation control and over-temperature early warning, so that energy is saved, and the heat dissipation efficiency is improved; through network connection of the cloud server and management of the battery management platform, a user side logs in, inquires and knows the battery condition of the corresponding new energy automobile; and the monitoring strength, the reliability, the sensitivity and the query flexibility of battery heat dissipation are improved.

    本发明涉及一种新能源汽车电池散热监控系统,包括电池包、温度传感器和散热装置,相邻电池包底部与顶部的导热硅胶片之间设有散热板,散热板之间设有若干错位的支撑板,温度传感器包括若干温度探头、引线,散热装置包括蛇形液冷管、风扇,引线连接有电池监控系统,电池监控系统通过无线网络连接云端服务器,电池管理平台通过云端服务器连接有用户端,采用液冷、风冷结合对新能源汽车电池散热,由温度传感器检测经电池监控系统监测、控制散热、超温预警,节能并提高散热效率,经云端服务器网络连接、电池管理平台管理、用户端登录查询了解对应新能源汽车电池情况,增加电池散热的监控力度、可靠性、灵敏度和查询灵活性。
