The invention discloses a tower crane hydraulic jacking safety protection control method. The method is based on a hydraulic jacking safety protection control system. The control system comprises a PLC, at least one ejector rod opening in-place limit switch and at least one ejector rod entering in-place limit switch, wherein the ejector rod opening in-place limit switch and the ejector rod entering in-place limit switch are connected with the PLC, the ejector rod opening in-place limit switch is used for judging whether an ejector rod is in an opening in-place state or not, and the ejector rod entering in-place limit switch is used for judging whether the ejector rod is in an entering in-place state or not. The control system further comprises an oil cylinder and a jacking pump station, wherein the PLC collects signals of the limit switch to judge and control the jacking pump station, and then the action of the oil cylinder is controlled through the jacking pump station. The method comprises the steps that when the switching values of all ejector rod opening in-place limit switches are inconsistent, the oil cylinder is forbidden to act; and when the switching values of the four ejector rod entering in-place limit switches are inconsistent, the action of the oil cylinder is forbidden. By means of the method, the safety of a climbing frame in the jacking process can be effectively guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种塔机液压顶升安全保护控制方法,方法基于液压顶升安全保护控制系统,控制系统包括PLC以及与PLC相连的至少一个顶杆开到位限位开关、至少一个顶杆进到位限位开关,顶杆开到位限位开关用于判断顶杆是否在开到位状态,顶杆进到位限位开关用于用于判断顶杆是否在进到位状态;还包括油缸和顶升泵站,PLC采集限位开关的信号判断并控制顶升泵站,继而通过顶升泵站控制油缸的动作;步骤如下:当所有顶杆开到位限位开关开关量不一致时,禁止油缸动作;当四个顶杆进到位限位开关开关量不一致时,禁止油缸动作。本方法可以有效保证爬升架顶升过程中的安全性。
