The invention belongs to the technical field of tower cranes, and particularly relates to a tower crane jacking device and a hydraulic control system.The tower crane jacking device comprises a jacking sleeve frame, a jacking oil cylinder and an auxiliary oil cylinder, and one end of the jacking oil cylinder is hinged to the middle of a sleeve frame beam on the jacking sleeve frame; the other end of the jacking oil cylinder is hinged to the middle of the jacking cross beam, and jacking cross beam pawls are arranged at the two ends of the jacking cross beam respectively. One end of the auxiliary oil cylinder is hinged to a cylinder barrel of the jacking oil cylinder, the other end of the auxiliary oil cylinder is hinged to the middle of the auxiliary overturning cross beam, sleeve frame cross beam pawls are arranged at the two ends of the auxiliary overturning cross beam respectively, and the sleeve frame cross beam pawls are rotationally connected with the jacking sleeve frame. The hydraulic control auxiliary in-position system is adopted, the auxiliary in-position system is integrated with a jacking hydraulic system of the tower crane from the structure and the hydraulic principle, and the working condition requirements for jacking and descending of the tower crane and auxiliary in-position of a jacking cross beam pawl, a stock cross beam pawl and a standard knot step are met.
