The invention provides a vehicle pile interaction identity recognition system, an online recognition method and an offline recognition method. The system comprises a vehicle identification unit used for generating a vehicle identification character string based on a vehicle VIN code; a charging pile cloud platform used for sending the received vehicle identification character string to the vehicle management cloud platform, generating a charging instruction based on the received vehicle VIN code, and sending the charging instruction to the charging pile; a vehicle management cloud platform used for obtaining a vehicle VIN code based on the vehicle identification character string sent by the charging pile cloud platform or obtaining the vehicle VIN code based on the vehicle identification character string sent by the charging pile cloud platform and the vehicle identification unit, and sending the vehicle VIN code to the charging pile cloud platform; and a charging pile used for sending the received vehicle identification character string to the charging pile cloud platform and starting a self-charging function when receiving the charging instruction. According to the scheme, the risk of malicious identity counterfeiting is avoided, and the core rights and interests of the user are guaranteed.
