The invention belongs to the field of vehicle suspension systems, and relates to a steel plate spring assembly fastening structure which comprises a steel plate spring assembly, a plate spring pressing block, a balance shaft shell, a straight rod bolt and a fastening nut. The plate spring pressing block and the balance shaft shell are arranged in the middle of the upper end and the lower end of the steel plate spring assembly respectively, the straight-rod bolts are obliquely arranged on the two sides of the steel plate spring assembly, and the straight-rod bolts penetrate through the plate spring pressing block and the balance shaft shell and are fastened and installed through the fastening nuts. Spherical grooves are formed in the top face of the plate spring pressing block and the bottom face of the balance shaft shell, and spherical gaskets are arranged between the spherical grooves and the fastening nuts. The spherical washers are matched with the spherical grooves, and the two spherical washers can automatically center and find positions in the screwing process of the straight rod bolt, so that the accumulated tolerance size caused by part production, manufacturing and assembling is compensated, the end of the bolt head and the end face of the nut can be completely attached to the end faces of the spherical washers, the fastening reliability of the steel plate spring assembly is improved, and the service life of the steel plate spring assembly is greatly prolonged.

    本发明所述的一种钢板弹簧总成紧固结构,属于车悬架系统领域,包括钢板弹簧总成、板簧压块、平衡轴壳、直杆螺栓及紧固螺母;所述板簧压块及平衡轴壳在钢板弹簧总成的上下两端分别居中设置,直杆螺栓在钢板弹簧总成的两侧呈倾斜设置,直杆螺栓贯穿板簧压块及平衡轴壳并通过紧固螺母紧固安装;板簧压块的顶面及平衡轴壳的底面均设有球面凹槽,且球面凹槽与紧固螺母之间设有球形垫圈。由球形垫圈与球面凹槽配合,在直杆螺栓拧紧过程中,两个球形垫圈可以自动定心找位,从而补偿了零件生产制造装配引起的累计公差尺寸,确保了螺栓头端部、螺母端面能够和球形垫圈端面完全贴合,提高了钢板弹簧总成的紧固可靠性,大大提高了钢板弹簧总成的使用寿命。
