The turning track identification method mainly comprises the steps of defining the size N of a sliding window, a condition parameter M of window sliding and a first angle threshold value; obtaining trajectory data; A, comparing angles of two adjacent pieces of data in trajectory data one by one, finding out two adjacent pieces of data of which the angle difference exceeds a first angle threshold value, and obtaining a first end point serving as a turning trajectory; B, if the position of the first end point in the current window exceeds the condition parameter M, sliding the window backwards or temporarily enlarging the current window backwards; otherwise, C, finding the last two adjacent data of which the angle difference exceeds the first angle difference threshold value in the current window, and obtaining a second end point serving as the turning track; and D, enabling the data of the first end point and the second end point correspondingly to describe a section of turning track. According to the method, the turning track can be directly used for follow-up processing and calculation of the track, and the efficiency is improved.
