The invention relates to a vehicle active suspension adjusting system considering three-dimensional line shape and unevenness of the road curved surface, which describes wheel rolling through incomplete constraint vehicle dynamics, establishes a wheel rolling motion differential equation to solve wheel stress, improves a conventional method for directly calculating the wheel stress by using tire deformation, and accurately solves the wheel stress demand. Vehicle forced vibration external force excitation is introduced, road three-dimensional curved surface features and vehicle forced vibration are associated, a Darboux frame consistent with a vehicle coordinate system is adopted, vehicle forced vibration unevenness excitation is combined on the basis, and vehicle behaviors are researched in cooperation with wheel operation control under vehicle natural driving behaviors. The relation between a wheel rolling state and wheel operation control is directly researched, current wheel position parameters are extracted, a whole vehicle model coupled in the longitudinal direction, the transverse direction and the vertical direction is established, stress conditions and vehicle body postures are predicted according to different wheels, and the rigidity and damping of an active suspension are adjusted.

    本发明涉及一种考虑公路曲面三维线形和不平度的车辆主动悬架调节系统,通过非完整约束车辆动力学描述车轮滚动,建立车轮滚动运动微分方程求解车轮受力,改进以往使用轮胎变形直接计算车轮受力的方法,准确求解车轮受力需求,引入车辆受迫振动外力激励,把公路三位曲面特征和车辆受迫振动联系起来,采用与车辆坐标系一致的Darboux标架,结合车辆受迫振动不平度激励在此基础上,协同车辆自然驾驶行为下的车轮操作控制研究车辆行为,直接研究车轮滚动状态和车轮操作控制之间的关系,提取当前车轮位置参数,建立纵向、横向、垂向耦合的整车模型,根据不同车轮预测受力情况及车身姿态,调整主动悬架刚度和阻尼。
