The invention relates to a road surface unevenness identification method during vehicle driving, a vehicle and a computer readable storage medium. The road surface unevenness identification method during vehicle driving is characterized by comprising the following steps: A, acquiring the driving speed of a vehicle on a current road surface; B, judging whether the obtained running speed is not greater than a preset threshold value or not: if so, obtaining running data of the vehicle based on a preset time interval; and C, determining the current road surface unevenness of the vehicle according to the change characteristics of the acquired operation data. By applying the method, the road surface unevenness during vehicle driving can be quickly, accurately and efficiently detected, and different road surface conditions such as uphill, downhill, various obstacles which can pass through or cannot pass through and the like can be identified, so that the low-speed control capability of the vehicle can be improved, and the safety performance of the vehicle can be enhanced.
