The invention discloses a low-temperature heat management control method for a pure electric vehicle. The method comprises the following steps that 101, an electric drive loop and a battery loop are coupled, and heat of the electric drive loop is recycled for heating a battery at a low temperature; 102, an electric drive, a battery loop and an air conditioner loop are coupled through a heat exchanger, heat of the electric drive and the battery loop is recycled to heat a heat pump air conditioner loop, and the heat is used for heating a passenger compartment at the low temperature; and 103, a PTC heating device of a passenger compartment is omitted, when the environment temperature is too low, and a battery and an electric drive loop do not have enough waste heat recovery, a PTC heater of a battery loop heats a heat pump air conditioner loop, the heat pump air conditioner loop is made to work normally in the environment of minus 20-30 DEG C, the cost is saved, and meanwhile heating efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种纯电动车低温热管理控制方法,该方法包括如下步骤:101、耦合电驱和电池回路,回收电驱回路的热量用于低温下电池加热;102、同时通过热交换器耦合电驱、电池回路与空调回路,回收电驱和电池回路热量用于加热热泵空调回路,用于低温下乘员舱采暖;103、取消乘员舱PTC加热装置,在环境温度过低,且电池、电驱回路没有足够余热回收时,通过电池回路的PTC加热器给热泵空调回路加热,让其在零下20~30℃环境下正常工作,节省成本同时,提高供暖效率。
