The invention discloses a pure electric vehicle energy management control method, which comprises the following steps of: subtracting allowable power of other high-voltage accessories in a vehicle from total allowable output power of a battery pack used in an electric vehicle to obtain basic limiting power of a motor of the electric vehicle; multiplying the allowable use power of the battery packof the electric vehicle by the system efficiency under different torques, rotating speed and voltage to obtain the actual output power of the battery pack; when the battery management system detects that the actual output power of the battery pack is greater than the allowable output power of the battery pack; enabling the battery management system to control the actual output power of the batterypack in the electric vehicle by adjusting the actual limited power of the motor, so as to solve the problems of failure and damage of the battery pack caused by output overcurrent of the battery packin the actual use process of the electric vehicle.

    本发明公开了一种纯电动车能量管理控制方法,本发明方法利用电动汽车内所用的电池包总允许输出功率减掉车内其他高压附件的允许功率,得到电动汽车电机的基础限制功率;再通过电动汽车电池包的允许使用功率乘以不同扭矩和转速及电压下的系统效率,得到电池包的实际输出功率;当电池管理系统检测到电池包的实际输出功率大于电池包的允许输出功率时,电池管理系统通过调节电机的实际限制功率,对电动汽车内电池包的实际输出功率进行控制,以解决电动汽车实际使用过程中因电池包输出过流而导致电池包故障和损坏的问题。
