The invention discloses a steer-by-wire system for a heavy commercial vehicle, the steer-by-wire system comprises a steering wheel, a steering column, a road feeling motor, a torque/angle sensor, an electromagnetic clutch, a turbine worm reducing mechanism, a recirculating ball type steering gear, a steering motor and a control unit, and is characterized in that the steering wheel is assembled at the top end of the steering column; the torque/angle sensor, the road feeling motor and the electromagnetic clutch are sequentially assembled on the steering column, the upper end of the recirculating ball type steering gear is assembled at the bottom end of the steering intermediate shaft, and the lower end of the recirculating ball type steering gear is connected with the steering motor through a planetary gear reducer. The system has the advantages that the hydraulic pump and the oil tank are omitted, and no complex oil way or oil way accessories need to be assembled; the planetary gear reducer of which the transmission efficiency is higher than that of the worm gear reducer is adopted; by installing the electromagnetic clutch on the steering column, the mechanical steering capacity of the steering system is reserved, and the fault tolerance of the steering system is improved; the steering function requirements of auxiliary driving and automatic driving can be met.
本发明公开了一种用于重型商用车的线控转向系统,包括转向盘、转向管柱、路感电机、转矩/转角传感器、电磁离合器、涡轮蜗杆减速机构、循环球式转向器、转向电机和控制单元,其特征在于,方向盘装配在转向管柱顶端,转矩/转角传感器、路感电机和电磁离合器依次装配在转向管柱上,循环球式转向器上端装配在转向中间轴底端,循环球式转向器下端通过行星齿轮减速器与转向电机连接。有益效果:取消了液压泵和油罐,无复杂的油路及油路附件需要组装;采用了比蜗轮蜗杆减速器传动效率更高的行星齿轮减速器;通过在转向管柱上安装电磁离合器,保留转向系统的机械转向能力,提高转向系统的容错性;可满足辅助驾驶和自动驾驶的转向功能需求。
