The invention provides a storage battery transfer device for a transformer substation. According to the technical scheme, a transfer trolley is adopted for bearing the storage battery, and a vertically-lifting stair climbing mechanism is designed for the transfer trolley. Specifically, two sets of telescopic supporting legs are arranged at the lower end of the bearing platform, each set of supporting legs can independently support the bearing platform, one set of supporting legs are fixedly connected with the bearing platform, and the other set of supporting legs are movably connected with the bearing platform through a lead screw mechanism. Based on the structure, when the movable supporting legs fall to the ground, the bearing platform and the fixed supporting legs can be driven to move forwards, when the fixed supporting legs fall to the ground, the movable supporting legs can be driven to move forwards, and the stair climbing action can be stably completed through telescopic movement and alternate forward movement of the supporting legs. Compared with a conventional stair climbing mechanism, the bearing platform keeps in a horizontal state in the whole process, does not incline or swing, and is particularly suitable for transferring storage batteries and other heavy objects; and the device is simple in structure, low in cost and easy to maintain.

    本发明提供了一种变电站用蓄电池转运装置。该技术方案采用转运车承载蓄电池,并为转运车设计了竖直升降的爬楼机构。具体来看,本发明在承载平台下端设置了两组可伸缩的支撑腿,每组支撑腿均可独立支撑承载平台,其中一组支撑腿与承载平台固定连接,另一组支撑腿依靠丝杠机构与承载平台活动连接。基于此构造,当活动支撑腿落地时,可驱动承载平台及固定支撑腿前移,而当固定支撑腿落地时,可驱动活动支撑腿前移,通过支撑腿的伸缩运动以及交替的前移运动,可较为平稳的完成爬楼动作。与常规爬楼机构相比,本发明的承载平台全程保持水平状态,无倾斜或摇摆,尤其适合蓄电池等大重量物体的转运;而且本发明结构简洁、成本较低,易于保养和维护。
