A double-temperature-zone automatic air conditioner for an unmanned vehicle comprises a left temperature zone, a right temperature zone, a heating element, a refrigerating element, a setting unit and a controller, and the refrigerating element and the refrigerating element are communicated with pipelines of the left temperature zone and the right temperature zone in a cab respectively. The controller is used for controlling the first draught fan to work independently and controlling the power of the first draught fan to work independently according to the difference value between the set temperature automatically controlled by the left temperature area and the actual temperature, detected by the left temperature area temperature sensor, of the left temperature area. The system can be used for controlling the independent operation of the second fan and the independent operation power of the second fan according to the difference value between the set automatic control temperature of the right temperature area and the actual temperature, detected by the right temperature area temperature sensor, of the right temperature area. The system is simple in structure, the number of components is small, only one set of refrigerating and heating elements is arranged. A refrigerating element and a heating element do not need to be independently arranged in the left and right air ducts respectively. The system can be directly transplanted into a traditional vehicle and is high in universality and low in cost.
