The invention provides a vehicle-mounted multi-temperature-zone automatic air conditioner control method, which belongs to the field of vehicle-mounted air conditioner control, and is characterized in that an infrared temperature sensor is utilized to obtain the body surface temperature of a passenger, and the body surface temperature is compared with a proper temperature to obtain a comparison result, so that whether the body surface temperature of the passenger is proper or not is judged according to the comparison result; therefore, the corresponding air conditioner air outlet can be accurately adjusted according to the body surface temperature of the passenger, and the adjusting accuracy of the multi-temperature-zone automatic air conditioner is improved.
