The invention discloses a bionic water strider robot based on surface tension. The robot comprises a machine body, supporting legs arranged on the machine body and a driving module arranged on the robot body, each supporting leg comprises a shell, a supporting leg pad, a supporting leg connecting shaft, a spring pressing cap, a supporting leg connecting sliding block and a spring, the shell is fixedly arranged on the machine body, the supporting leg connecting sliding block is arranged in the shell, one end of the supporting leg connecting shaft is connected with the supporting leg connecting sliding block, the other end is connected with the supporting leg pad, the spring pressing cap is arranged at the top of the shell, and the spring is arranged in the shell and located between the supporting leg connecting sliding block and the spring pressing cap. The arrangement of the supporting legs is optimized by adopting a gradient rising method, a three-dimensional model of the circular-ring-shaped foot pad can be built through data obtained by the optimization method, and after the super-hydrophobic coating is sprayed, the foot pad can provide about 23g of supporting force.

    本发明公开了一种基于表面张力的仿生水黾机器人,包括机体、设置在机体上的支撑腿及设置在机体上的驱动模块,所述支撑腿包括壳体、支撑腿垫、支撑腿连接轴、弹簧压帽、支撑腿连接滑块及弹簧,所述壳体固定设置在机体上,所述支撑腿连接滑块设置在壳体内,所述支撑腿连接轴一端与支撑腿连接滑块相连,另一端与支撑腿垫相连,所述弹簧压帽设在壳体顶部,所述弹簧设在壳体内且位于支撑腿连接滑块与弹簧压帽之间。本发明采用梯度上升法优化支撑腿排布,通过该优化方法得到的数据可建出圆环状脚垫的三维模型,喷涂超疏水涂层后,该脚垫可提供大概23克的支撑力。
