The invention relates to a semi-active heat protection structure and a manufacturing method thereof. The heat protection structure is constructed in a bearing structure and comprises a cover plate and a bottom plate, wherein the cover plate is connected with the bottom plate through diffusion brazing to form a closed structure; a steam flow channel is arranged in the bottom plate, and a plurality of capillary flow channels are arranged on a local surface of the steam flow channel; one end of the closed structure is provided with a vent hole, one end of the vent hole is communicated with the steam flow channel, and the other end is provided with a connector; a medium with the volume fraction of 30-60% is injected into the steam flow channel through the connector, and then the connector is sealed. The heat protection structure is advantaged int hat a diffusion brazing mode is adopted, so an integrated high-strength heat exchange structure can be constructed, the heat protection structure is suitable for manufacturing various complex built-in heat exchange structural members, and a composite machining process of an additional traditional heat pipe structure is avoided; a problem of function integrated design and manufacturing of a bearing and semi-active heat protection structure is solved, compared with a mode of directly using a heat pipe, the heat protection structure is simpler and more efficient, the service performance is better than that of a traditional heat protection structure, and the heat protection structure is particularly suitable for products with long-time strict heat protection requirements for local parts.

    本发明涉及半主动防热结构及其制造方法,防热结构构建于承载结构内,包括盖板和底板;盖板通过扩散钎焊与底板连接,形成封闭结构;底板内设有蒸气流道,蒸气流道局部表面上设有多条毛细流道;在封闭结构一端设有通气孔,该通气孔一端与所述蒸气流道贯通,另一端设有接口;通过接口往蒸气流道内注入30~60%体积分数的介质后封闭接口。本发明采用扩散钎焊方式有助于构建一体式高强换热结构,适用于多种复杂内置换热结构构件的制造,避免了外加传统热管结构的复合加工工艺;解决了承载与半主动防热结构功能一体化设计与制造难题,较直接使用热管方式更简单高效,服役性能优于传统热防护结构,尤其适用于对局部有长时间严格防热要求的产品。
