The invention discloses an overhaul shear forklift platform and a balance weight calculation method. The overhaul shear forklift platform comprises a work platform, a manipulator and a balance weight mechanism; the work platform is used for being arranged on an overhaul shear forklift; the work platform comprises a work end and a balance weight end; the manipulator comprises a support and a gripper; one end of the support is fixedly connected to the work platform; the gripper is movably connected to the other end of the support; the support is used for driving the gripper to extend outwards or retract towards the work end of the work platform; and the balance weight mechanism is arranged at the balance weight end. The balance weight mechanism is arranged at the balance weight end of the work platform so as to maintain balance of the work platform; the problem that when the gripper grabs goods, due to the fact that the gravity center changes, the stress of the work platform is unstable is solved; the safety of operators under different operation working conditions is guaranteed; and according to the balance weight calculation method, the vertical distance between a balance weight block and the fulcrum of the overhaul shear forklift closest to the balance weight block can be calculated according to the load of grabbed goods, so that the position of the balance weight block is adjusted.

    本发明公开一种检修剪叉车平台及配重计算方法,检修剪叉车平台包括作业平台、机械手和配重机构,作业平台用于设置于检修剪叉车,作业平台包括工作端和配重端;机械手包括支架和抓手,支架的一端固定连接于作业平台,抓手可活动地连接于支架的另一端,支架用于驱动抓手朝作业平台的工作端外伸或缩回;配重机构设置于配重端。通过在作业平台的配重端设置配重机构,以维持该作业平台的平衡,避免该抓手抓取货物时由于重心改变导致作业平台受力不稳定的问题,保障不同作业工况下作业人员的安全。该配重计算方法能够根据抓取货物的载荷能够计算出该配重块需要距离配重块最接近的检修剪叉车支点的垂直距离,从而调整该配装块的自身位置。
