A chain adjuster is arranged on the adjustable chain to adjust the length of the adjustable chain; the three lower lifting points are respectively provided with a lower steel wire rope, and each lower steel wire rope is provided with a shackle used for being connected with the lifting point on the rear balance weight of the forklift. During hoisting, the length of the adjustable chain is pre-adjusted according to the distribution positions of the hoisting points on the rear counterweight of the forklift, so that balanced hoisting of goods is realized, the goods are prevented from inclining, and the goods can be safely disassembled, assembled and hoisted.
