The damping undercarriage comprises an upper supporting rod, a lower supporting rod, a damping spring, a spring sleeve and an aircraft wheel; the damping spring is located in the spring sleeve, the lower portion of the upper supporting rod and the upper portion of the lower supporting rod stretch into the spring sleeve from the two ends respectively, the lower portion of the upper supporting rod and the upper portion of the lower supporting rod are connected with the upper portion and the lower portion of the damping spring respectively, the lower portion of the lower supporting rod is fixed to an airplane wheel, and the upper portion of the upper supporting rod is fixed to an airplane body when used. Friction washers are fixed to the upper end and the lower end of the damping spring correspondingly, and the outer walls of the friction washers make contact with the inner wall of the spring sleeve, so that friction resistance can be generated when the friction washers move relative to the spring sleeve. According to the invention, the impact force given by the ground during landing can be effectively buffered, and the impact capacity can be effectively dissipated.
