The invention discloses a damping undercarriage and a multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle, and belongs to the field of unmanned aerial vehicles. The damping undercarriage comprises an upper rack and a lower rack. An upper sliding sleeve is arranged on the upper rack, a lower sliding sleeve is arranged on the lower rack, and the upper sliding sleeve and the lower sliding sleeve are connected in a sleeved mode and enable the upper rack and the lower rack to move relatively in the axial direction. The damping undercarriage further comprises a compression ring, and the compression spring is arranged in the upper sliding sleeve or the lower sliding sleeve, and is connected between the upper rack and the lower rack. The multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle comprises a vehicle body, vehicle arms, motors, blades and the damping undercarriage connected to the vehicle body or the vehicle arms. The damping undercarriage and the multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle are simple in structure, reasonable in design and capable of effectively buffering impact force exerted by the ground during landing and effectively protecting safety of airborne equipment.
