The invention belongs to the technical field of diesel engine starting control, and discloses a light hybrid commercial vehicle engine starting control method, which comprises the following steps: after receiving an engine starting instruction, judging whether the rotating speed of an engine reaches a first set rotating speed, if so, starting oil injection of the engine, and if not, starting oil injection; adjusting the engine fuel injection quantity and the motor torque in real time according to the engine rotating speed until the engine rotating speed is greater than a second set rotating speed; otherwise, according to different engine water temperatures and engine rotating speeds, regulating the motor torque in real time till the engine rotating speed is larger than the first set rotating speed; and then enabling the motor torque gradually to quit, and maintaining, by the engine, the fuel injection quantity to maintain the engine rotating speed at a second set rotating speed. Through cooperation of the engine and the motor, on the basis that the engine is started as soon as possible, the smoothness during starting is improved, the energy consumption of the system is reduced, and the suitability of the motor system is greatly improved.

    本发明属于柴油发动机启动控制技术领域,公开了一种轻混商用车发动机启动控制方法,在收到发动机起动指令后,判断发动机转速是否达到第一设定转速,如果判断为是,发动机开始喷油,根据发动机转速实时调整发动机喷油量和电机扭矩,直到发动机转速大于第二设定转速;否则根据不同的发动机水温和发动机转速,实时调整电机扭矩,直到发动机转速大于第一设定转速;然后电机扭矩逐步退出,发动机维持喷油量使发动机转速维持在第二设定转速。本发明通过发动机和电机的配合,在尽快起动发动机的基础上提高起动时的平顺性,降低系统能量消耗,极大的提升了电机系统的适配性。
