A main transformer sleeve hoisting balance tool comprises an upper fixing frame, a lower fixing frame, lifting ropes and a hoisting rope, wherein both the upper fixing frame and the lower fixing frame comprise arc-shaped plates. Through the utilization of the combination of the upper fixing frame, the lower fixing frame, the lifting ropes and the hoisting rope, the upper part and the lower part of a main transformer sleeve can be correspondingly fixed by the upper fixing frame and the lower fixing frame; and consequently, the stress of the main transformer sleeve can be more uniform and can be shared, the main transformer sleeve can be prevented from being easily damaged, and the safety can be improved.
