The invention relates to an escalator vibration reduction system and an escalator vibration reduction method. The escalator vibration reduction system comprises a guide rail, steps, a driving unit and a speed regulation unit. The two ends of the guide rail are provided with bearing supporting bases and driving shafts rotationally arranged on the bearing supporting bases; the plurality of steps are connected together through step chains to form a conveying chain ring, the conveying chain ring is wound on the two driving shafts along the guide rail, and guide wheels of the steps are in sliding fit with the guide rail; the driving unit is in transmission connection with the driving shafts, and vibration sensors are arranged on the driving unit, the guide rail and the two driving shafts; and the speed regulation unit is used for controlling the running speed of the driving unit, and each vibration sensor is electrically connected with the speed regulation unit. The vibration condition of all components is detected in real time, and the speed regulation unit regulates the running speed of the driving unit when the vibration of some components is abnormal, so that the resonance condition of an escalator is effectively avoided, the use safety is improved, and meanwhile, the service life is also prolonged.

    本发明涉及一种扶梯减振系统和扶梯减振方法,包括:导轨,导轨的两端均布置有轴承支撑座,以及可转动的设置在轴承支撑座上的驱动轴;梯级,多个梯级之间通过梯级链连接在一起形成输送链圈,输送链圈沿导轨绕在两个驱动轴上,梯级的导轮与导轨滑动配合;驱动单元,驱动单元与驱动轴传动连接,驱动单元、导轨和两个驱动轴上均设有振动传感器;调速单元,调速单元用于控制驱动单元的运转速度,各个振动传感器均与调速单元电性连接。实时检测以上各个部件的振动情况,当有部件出现振动异常时调速单元调整驱动单元的运转速度,从而有效避免扶梯出现共振的情况,提高使用的安全性,同时也延长使用寿命。
