The invention discloses a ship large-current charging control system and a charging method.The charging control system comprises a charging and discharging control system, a charging connection system and a battery management system, the charging connection system comprises a power system, a control system and a communication system, charging requirements are read through the communication system, and communication is achieved; logic control and charging are achieved through the control system and the power system; the charging method comprises the processes of card swiping detection, charging gun connection detection, insulation detection, handshaking, charging configuration, charging and charging ending; safety and stability in the charging process are guaranteed, and rapid connection of charging is achieved; meanwhile, the logic requirement of charging is met, and the charging efficiency is improved.
