The invention discloses a direct-current charging pile charging system and a charging control method. The direct-current charging pile charging system comprises a direct-current charging pile body, acharging cable, a charging gun, a cable extension arm and a charging gun automatic lifting device, wherein the DC charging pile body comprises a cabinet body, and a charging UI module, a DC charging module, a charging auxiliary control module and a cable bundling module which are arranged in the cabinet body; the direct-current charging module is electrically connected with the three-phase power supply and one end of the charging cable, and the other end of the charging cable is electrically connected with the charging gun. The charging auxiliary control module is electrically connected with the cable bundling module, the cable extension arm and the charging gun automatic lifting device. The cable extension arm is a foldable mechanical arm capable of being unfolded and folded, one end of the cable extension arm is fixedly installed on the cabinet body, and the other end of the cable extension arm is fixedly connected with an automatic charging gun lifting device. The problems that therequired length of the charging cable is not fixed, the charging cable is scattered and prone to abrasion and the like are solved, operation is convenient and quick, and the charging operation experience is improved.

    本发明公开了一种直流充电桩充电系统及充电控制方法,包括直流充电桩本体、充电线缆、充电枪、线缆延长臂和充电枪自动升降装置;直流充电桩本体包括柜体,以及设置在柜体内的充电UI模块、直流充电模块、充电辅助控制模块和线缆收束模块;直流充电模块分别与三相电源和充电线缆的一端电连接,充电线缆的另一端与充电枪电连接;充电辅助控制模块分别与线缆收束模块、线缆延长臂和充电枪自动升降装置电连接;线缆延长臂采用能展开和收拢的折叠式机械臂,该线缆延长臂的一端固定安装在柜体上,线缆延长臂的另一端固定连接充电枪自动升降装置。本发明解决了充电线缆需求长度不固定、充电线缆散乱易磨损等问题,且操作方便、快捷,提升了充电操作体验。
