The invention relates to a steering correction device for the chassis of a four-wheel independent steering vehicle. The steering correction device comprises a fixing support, a steering motor, a reduction gearbox, a sleeve and a transmission rotating shaft, the steering motor is installed on the top side of the interior of the fixing support, the sleeve is installed on the bottom side of the fixing support, the reduction gearbox is installed in the fixing support, the input end of the reduction gearbox is connected with the output end of the steering motor, and the output end of the reduction gearbox is provided with a transmission rotating shaft penetrating through the sleeve. When the vehicle steers, the hub motor, the hub and the tires are driven by the transmission rotating shaft to synchronously rotate, and when the transmission rotating shaft rotates, the driving tooth drives the meshed second rotating tooth to rotate, so that the rotation angle of the second rotating tooth is monitored through the angle sensor, and the steering angle can be measured and monitored for a long time, once the steering angle goes wrong, timely inspection and maintenance are carried out, and safe driving is guaranteed.

    本发明涉及一种四轮独立转向车辆底盘的转向矫正装置,包括固定支架、转向电机、减速箱、套筒和传动转轴,所述固定支架内部顶侧安装有转向电机,所述固定支架底侧安装有套筒,所述固定支架内部安装有减速箱,且减速箱输入端与转向电机输出端连接,所述减速箱输出端安装有贯穿套筒的传动转轴;车辆转向时,通过传动转轴带动轮毂电机、轮毂和轮胎同步旋转实现,传动转轴旋转时,此时主动齿带动啮合的第二转齿旋转,进而将第二转齿的旋转角度通过角度传感器完成监测,能够长期对转向的角度进行测量和监测,一旦转向角度出现问题,及时检查以及维修,保证安全驾驶。
