The invention discloses a bionic manta ray type AUV recovery device which comprises a fish body structure, a flexible double-wing structure and an armored cable, the bionic manta ray type flexible double-wing structure is connected to two sides of the fish body structure, and the armored cable is connected to the fish body structure; according to the bionic manta ray type AUV recycling device, the AUV is held and locked, the bionic manta ray type flexible double-wing structure is driven by the temperature control shape memory alloy to complete the maximum-angle bending action to hold and lock the AUV 4, and the two wings can be mechanically fixed after being held tightly through buckle structures on the flexible double wings. Then all combinations of the bionic manta ray type AUV recovery device stop working so that the effect of saving energy is achieved.
