The method comprises the steps that running parameters of a lift are obtained in real time, and whether the lift has a running fault or not is determined according to the running parameters; under the condition that it is determined that the lift has the running fault, a target stopping floor where a lift car body stops at a flat layer is determined; whether a lift landing door lock of the target stopping floor is in a fault state or not is determined through the working state of an electrical detection switch, and the opening and closing state of a lift landing door is determined through landing door pictures collected by a camera arranged on the lift landing door of the target stopping floor; according to the target stopping floor, a car body control strategy used for controlling the lift car body to stop at a flat layer on the target stopping floor is determined, and according to whether the lift landing door lock is in the fault state or not and the opening and closing state, a landing door control strategy used for controlling the landing door of the target stopping floor is determined; and the lift car body is controlled to stop at a flat layer according to the car body control strategy, and the landing door is controlled to be opened and closed according to the landing door control strategy.
