The invention provides a deep sea energy storage type buoyancy adjusting device, an oil outlet of an energy accumulator (1) is divided into two paths through an inner oil path of a control valve box (5), one oil path is connected to one end of a first switch valve (6), the other end of the first switch valve (6) is connected to one end of a two-way gear pump (3), and the other end of the two-way gear pump (3) is connected to an outer oil bag (2); the other oil path is connected to one end of a third switch valve (10), the other end of the third switch valve (10) is connected to the outlet end of a speed regulating valve (11), and the inlet end of the speed regulating valve (11) is connected with the outer oil bag (2). The above-mentioned deep sea energy storage type buoyancy adjusting device uses the energy accumulator (1) to accumulate in advance gas equivalent to the working water depth pressure, and therefore, when the energy accumulator (1) injects oil into the outer oil bag (2), the pressure difference between the inlet and the outlet of the two-way gear pump (3) is very small, so that the energy consumption is obviously reduced. In addition, the invention further provides a deep sea energy storage type buoyancy adjusting method.

    本发明提供的深海蓄能式浮力调节装置,所述蓄能器(1)的出油口经所述控制阀箱(5)内部油路分为两路,其中一路油路连接至所述第一开关阀(6)的一端,所述第一开关阀(6)另一端连接至所述双向齿轮泵(3)的一端,所述双向齿轮泵(3)的另一端连接至所述外油囊(2);另一路油路连接至所述第三开关阀(10)的一端,所述第三开关阀(10)的另一端连接至所述调速阀(11)的出口端,所述调速阀(11)的入口端与所述外油囊(2)连接,上述深海蓄能式浮力调节装置,利用蓄能器(1)事先蓄积与工作水深压力相当的气体,使得系统在由蓄能器(1)向外油囊(2)注油时,由于所述双向齿轮泵(3)的进出口压差很小,从而显著减少了能源的消耗。另外,本发明还提供了深海蓄能式浮力调节方法。
