The invention provides a hydraulic adjusting unit of an automobile braking system, the automobile braking system, an automobile and a control method, and aims to improve the braking decoupling efficiency of the braking system. The method is suitable for intelligent automobiles, new energy vehicles or traditional automobiles and the like. In the hydraulic adjusting unit, a first supercharging device comprises a first hydraulic cavity (41) and a second hydraulic cavity (42) which are connected in series, the first hydraulic cavity (41) is connected with a first brake pipeline (110), and the second hydraulic cavity (42) is connected with a second brake pipeline (120); a brake master cylinder (50) is used for adjusting the pressure of brake fluid in the second brake pipeline (120) through the third hydraulic cavity (53), the third brake pipeline (130), the first brake pipeline (110), the first hydraulic cavity (41) and the second hydraulic cavity (42); and a decoupling valve (1) is arranged on the third brake pipeline (130) so as to control connection and disconnection of the third brake pipeline (130).
