The invention discloses an energy management control method and system for a dual-motor pure electric loader. The method comprises the steps that the total required current is determined according to the sum of oil pump motor reference current, main drive motor reference current and accessory current; the current charging and discharging state and dormant state information of the battery is obtained, and the dormant state information comprises the allowable continuous pulse discharging duration or the allowable continuous pulse charging duration; and in the discharging and charging state of the battery, when the total demand current value is greater than the rated charging and discharging current of the battery, at least one of the reference rotating speed of the oil pump motor, the reference torque of the main drive motor and the rotating speed of the main drive motor is limited according to the actual discharging and charging duration and the allowable continuous pulse charging and discharging duration. The method has the advantages and beneficial effects that when the current of the battery pack is not enough to provide the current meeting the current demand, rotating speed limitation and torque limitation control can be actively carried out on the motor, the control precision is improved, and the problem that energy distribution is not controlled is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种双电机纯电动装载机能量管理控制方法及控制系统,所述方法包括:根据油泵电机参考电流、主驱电机参考电流以及附件电流三者之和确定总需求电流;获取电池当前的充放电状态和休眠状态信息,其中,休眠状态信息包括允许持续脉冲放电时长或允许持续脉冲充电时长;在电池放充电状态下,当总需求电流值大于电池额定充放电电流时,根据实际放充电持续时间与所述允许持续脉冲充放电时长,对油泵电机参考转速、主驱电机参考转矩及主驱电机转速中的至少一种进行限制。本发明的优点和有益效果是:能够在电池包电流不足以提供满足当前需求电流时,主动对电机进行转速限制和转矩限制控制,提高了控制精度,避免了能量分配不受控的问题。
