The invention discloses a pre-charging control method for an extended-range hybrid electric vehicle. In the pre-charging control method, a motor controller corresponding to a motor is connected to a battery management system through a direct-current bus; the battery management system comprises a battery, a positive wire and a negative wire, the positive wire and the negative wire are led out from the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the battery respectively, a loop where the positive wire is located is provided with a main positive relay in series, and a loop where the negative wire is located is provided with a main negative relay in series; the direct-current bus is respectively connected to the positive wire and the negative wire; the battery management system further comprises a pre-charging capacitor which is arranged in the motor controller; a generator controller corresponding to the generator controls the generator to increase the direct current bus voltage according to the preset information, and an engine driving the generator adjusts the rotating speed according to the preset information of the generator controller; and when the voltage of the direct-current bus reaches a preset value, the main positive relay and the main negative relay are closed, and pre-charging is completed.

    本发明公开了一种增程式混合动力汽车的预充电控制方法中,电动机对应的电机控制器通过直流母线接入电池管理系统;所述电池管理系统包括电池,自所述电池的正极和负极分别引出的正极接线和负极接线,所述正极接线所在的回路串联设置有主正继电器,所述负极接线所在的回路串联设置有主负继电器;所述直流母线分别连接至正极接线和负极接线;还包括设置于电机控制器内的预充电容;发电机对应的发电机控制器根据预先设定信息控制发电机提升直流母线电压,驱动发电机的发动机则根据发电机控制器的预先设定信息调节转速;当直流母线电压达到预设值时,闭合主正继电器和主负继电器,完成预充电。
