The invention discloses a ship for laying pipelines underwater and a laying method. The ship comprises a ship body, a pipeline connecting device, in-pipe centering devices and a pipeline laying device, a welding support arranged on the pipeline connecting device is installed in a pipeline machining area, and the welding support is used for conducting welding machining on a to-be-laid pipeline placed in a pipeline placing area; a laying slideway arranged on the pipeline laying device is installed in the middle of the ship body, a laying frame arranged on the laying device is installed in a stern laying area, the rear end of the laying slideway is connected with the laying frame, a winch is installed at the joint of the laying frame and the ship body and connected with a furrow opener at the water bottom through a furrow opener traction rope, and a high-pressure water gun is arranged on the furrow opener; and the in-pipe centering devices are arranged at the ends of the laying slideway and the welding support correspondingly, and centering devices arranged on the in-pipe centering devices stretch into the joint of two pipelines to be welded. The ship body is small and is suitable for pipeline laying construction in shallow water areas; and the furrow opener realizes furrowing and pre-burying in the laying direction of the pipelines, so that the service life of the pipelines is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种用于水下敷设管道的船及敷设方法,包括船体、管道连接装置、管内对中装置、管道敷设装置,管道加工区安装有管道连接装置设有的焊接支架,用于对放置在管材放置区的待敷设的管道进行焊接加工;船体中部安装有管道敷设装置设有的敷设滑道,船尾敷设区安装敷设装置设有的敷设架,敷设滑道后端连接敷设架,敷设架与船体连接处安装有卷扬机,卷扬机通过开沟器牵引绳连接水底的开沟器,开沟器上设有高压水枪;敷设滑道和焊接支架的端部均设有管内对中装置,管内对中装置设有的对中器伸入两个待焊接的管道的连接处;本发明船体较小,适合浅水区域管道敷设施工;开沟器实现对管道的敷设方向进行开沟和预埋,延长管道的适用寿命。
