The invention relates to the field of prefabricated building components, and provides a multifunctional frame for storing, transporting and overturning prefabricated parts and a using method. The multifunctional frame comprises a bottom frame, a bearing frame, an overturning frame and a lifting hook; the bearing frame is installed on the bottom frame, the bearing frame is provided with a bearing slope for placing the prefabricated parts, and the bearing slope is provided with a high-position end and a low-position end; and the overturning frame is rotatably connected to the bottom frame and located on the side where the low-position end of the bearing slope is located, and the overturning frame is used for abutting against the prefabricated parts in an attached mode and is driven by the prefabricated parts to rotate. According to the multifunctional frame for storing, transporting and overturning the prefabricated parts provided by the invention, the relatively high prefabricated parts can be conveniently hoisted.
