The invention provides a prefabricated-part overturning method, and belongs to the field of concrete prefabricated part production. The method comprises the following steps that a control unit enablesa support buffer mechanism to control an overturning support to be locked at a horizontal position; a prefabricated part is horizontally moved and hoisted to the overturning support; the control unitenables the support buffer mechanism to be switched to a buffer mode; when the overturning support overturns to a designated position, the control unit enables the support buffer mechanism to controlthe overturning support to be locked to a vertical position; the prefabricated part is hoisted to a preset storage position through an embedded part at the top of the prefabricated part; the controlunit enables the support buffer mechanism to control the other side of the overturning support to turn upwards; and when the overturning support is turned to the horizontal position, the control unitenables the support buffer mechanism to control the overturning support to be locked at the horizontal position. According to the prefabricated-part overturning method, no cooperation between a steelwire rope and a crown block is needed, the working efficiency is improved, the prefabricated part cannot be structurally damaged in the overturning process, and the situation that a hanging ring at the top of the prefabricated part deforms due to transverse shearing force cannot occur.

    本发明提供了一种预制构件翻转方法,属于混凝土预制构件生产领域,包括步骤:控制单元使支撑缓冲机构控制翻转支架锁定于水平位置;将预制构件平移吊运至翻转支架上;控制单元使支撑缓冲机构切换至缓冲模式;当翻转支架翻转到指定位置时,控制单元使支撑缓冲机构控制翻转支架锁定于竖向位置;通过预制构件顶部的预埋件将预制构件吊运至预设存储位置;控制单元使支撑缓冲机构控制翻转支架的另一侧向上翻转;当翻转支架翻转到水平位置时,控制单元使支撑缓冲机构控制翻转支架锁定于水平位置。本发明提供的预制构件翻转方法,无需钢丝绳与天车配合,工作效率增加,预制构件在翻转过程中不会出现结构损坏,其顶部的吊环不会因受到横向剪切力而变形。
