The invention belongs to the field of building machinery, and particularly relates to a stable overturning device for a building prefabricated part. The stable overturning device is characterized in that two rectangular bases are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the bottom of a fixing plate, annular grooves are formed in the sides, close to each other, of the two rectangular bases, a drivingmotor and a rotating shaft are fixedly and rotatablely connected to the inner walls of one sides of the two annular grooves correspondingly, fixing bases are fixedly connected to the ends, close to each other, of output shaft of the driving motor and the rotating shaft, fixing assemblies are arranged on the two fixing bases correspondingly, fixing columns are fixedly connected to the fixing assemblies, clamping grooves are formed in the two sides of the prefabricated part body correspondingly, the ends, close to each other, of the two fixing columns extend into the two clamping grooves correspondingly and are clamped to the two clamping grooves correspondingly, and stabilizing assemblies are arranged on the two annular grooves correspondingly. The stable overturning device solves the problems that when an existing overturning machine overturns a building prefabricated part, the overturning action is complex, the stability is poor, and the overturning efficiency is low.
