The invention discloses a large-span light deck triangular ocean production platform upper module which comprises stand columns and a module body, three stand columns are arranged in a circumferential array mode, floating bodies are arranged between every two adjacent stand columns which extend in the clockwise direction, the module body comprises an upper structural frame and a lower structural frame, an upper deck is arranged on the upper structural frame, the lower structural frame is connected with the top ends of the stand columns through supporting columns, a lower deck is arranged on the lower structural frame, and a stand pipe channel penetrating through the upper structural frame, the lower structural frame and the lower deck is arranged on the module body. The upper module of the triangular ocean production platform is reasonable in structural design, main load equipment is arranged above the stand columns, the stability of a triangle is fully utilized, torsion, tension and compression and bending deformation of a floating platform caused by waves can be effectively resisted, the two problems of large span and upper equipment arrangement in the design of a three-stand-column platform are solved, the lightweight design of the upper module truss structure is realized, and the construction cost and the design difficulty are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种大跨度轻型甲板三角形海洋生产平台上部组块,包括立柱和组块本体,立柱为三个呈圆周阵列间设置,沿顺时针方向延伸的两个相邻的立柱之间均设有浮体,组块本体包括上结构架和下结构架,上结构架上设有上甲板,下结构架与立柱的顶端通过支撑柱连接,下结构架上设有下甲板,组块本体上设有贯通上结构架、下结构架和下甲板的立管通道。本发明的三角形海洋生产平台上部组块结构设计合理,主要荷载设备布置在立柱的上方,充分利用三角形的稳定性,可有效抵抗波浪对浮式平台造成的扭转、拉压及弯曲变形,克服了三立柱平台设计中大跨度和上部设备布置两大难题,实现了上部组块桁架结构的轻型设计,降低了建造成本和设计难度。
