The invention discloses a hoisting method of a large-span deck subsection, which comprises the following steps of: constructing the deck subsection in an inverse state, and constructing a scaffold onthe reverse side of the deck subsection; constructing a structural finite element model of the deck segment, and constructing a chuck corresponding to the scaffold on the reverse side of the model; performing lifting ring designing according to the front-back turnover mode and the left-right turnover mode, constructing lifting point translation constraints corresponding to the lifting rings in themodel, applying downward inertia loads, model stress calculation is conducted, and therefore a first deformation graph and a first stress graph of the deck subsection are obtained; and selecting a turnover mode with small deformation and stress to turn over the deck subsection. According to the method, the deck is reasonably prevented from generating overlarge hoisting deformation, and finally the carrying precision of the large-span deck subsections is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种大跨度甲板分段的吊装方法,所述吊装方法包括:反态建造完成甲板分段,并在甲板分段的反面搭建好脚手架;构件甲板分段的结构有限元模型,在模型的反面构建与脚手架相对应的夹头;分别按照前后翻身、左右翻身的方式进行吊环设计,并在模型中构建与吊环对应的吊点平动约束,施加向下的惯性载荷,进行模型受力计算,从而获取甲板分段的第一变形图和第一应力图;选择变形和应力较小的翻身方式对甲板分段进行翻身。本发明合理的避免甲板产生过大的吊装变形,最终保证此类大跨度甲板分段的搭载精度。
