The invention relates to an electromagnetic differential coupling type hybrid power system which comprises an engine (31), a generator, a gearbox (34) and a motor (35). The engine (31) is connected with an outer rotor (32) of the generator, an inner rotor of the generator is connected with the input end of the gearbox (34), and the motor (35) is connected with the input end of the gearbox (34); mechanical energy output by the engine (31) is divided into two paths after flowing through the generator, one path is converted into electric energy through an outer rotor (32) of the generator and output outwards, the other path is input into the gearbox (34) through an inner rotor (33) of the generator, and power output by the motor (35) and power output by the inner rotor (33) of the generator are synthesized through the gearbox (34) and then output through the gearbox (34). Double-rotor differential coupling is adopted, integrated design is adopted, the problems that a mechanical coupling structure is large in friction loss and high in impact are solved, all-working-condition hybrid power work can be achieved, and energy conservation and emission reduction are achieved.

    本发明涉及一种电磁差速耦合式混合动力系统,包括发动机(31)、发电机、变速箱(34)、电机(35);发动机(31)与发电机的外转子(32)连接,发电机的内转子与变速箱(34)的输入端连接,电机(35)与变速箱(34)的输入端连接;发动机(31)输出的机械能流经发电机后分两路,一路由发电机的外转子(32)转换成电能向外输出,另一路由发电机的内转子(33)输入变速箱(34),电机(35)输出的动力与发电机内转子(33)输出的动力经变速箱(34)合成后,由变速箱(34)输出。本发明采用双转子差速耦合,采用集成式设计,解决机械耦合结构存在摩擦损失大,冲击强的问题,能够实现全工况混合动力工作,节能减排。
