The present invention relates to a hybrid unmanned aerial electromagnetic exploration system which includes a 5 follow drone and a lead airship capable of unmanned flight, arranges a transmission coil on the lead airship by using a ballonet, and allows the follow drone to tow a three-axis electromagnetic exploration receiver on a lower side to allow stable aerial exploration. The hybrid unmanned aerial 10 electromagnetic exploration system comprises: a lead airship which has a transmission coil installed along the circumference of a ballonet to form a primary magnetic field, flies along a set flight route and flight altitude, and transmits current location coordinates and altitude 15 information; a following drone which has a reception exploration device suspended on a lower portion thereof to detect a secondary magnetic field, and receives the current location coordinates and the altitude information of the lead airship to be separated from the lead airship by a set 20 distance to fly along the same set flight route and flight altitude as the lead airship; and a measurement control device to analyze a measurement value of the secondary magnetic field detected from the reception exploration device of the follow drone to perform aerial electromagnetic exploration.
