An all-aluminum alloy mortise-and-tenon type hard point assembly of a bus frame comprises a plate spring front support, a plate spring rear support and a shock absorber support which are all made of extruded aluminum profiles through machining, a longitudinal beam is a multi-cavity aluminum profile with a vertical section, and the section of the profile is divided into a plurality of cavities from top to bottom. U-shaped mortise and tenon contact surfaces are formed between the plate spring support and the longitudinal beam and between the shock absorber support and the longitudinal beam, the contact surfaces are coated with glue and are tensioned and fixed through bolts, the purpose of tightly combining the supports and the frame longitudinal beam is achieved, meanwhile, various pin shaft matching structures are designed on the hard point assembly, and the purpose of installing a chassis plate spring system and a shock absorption system is achieved.

    一种小巴车架全铝合金榫卯式硬点组件,包括板簧前支座、板簧后支座和减震器支座,均为挤压铝型材经过机加工制造而成,纵梁为截面竖向多腔体铝型材,型材截面从上至下隔为若干个型腔。本发明通过板簧支座和减震器支座与纵梁之间形成U形榫卯接触面,在接触面上涂胶并通过螺栓拉紧固定,达到将支座与车架纵梁紧密结合的目的,同时,在硬点组件上设计各类销轴配合结构,达到安装底盘板簧系统和避震系统的目标。
