    本发明公开了一种基于榫卯连接的自装配铝合金悬挂支座,包括法兰,法兰下端面前后两侧分别设有第一铝板和第二铝板,第一铝板、第二铝板与法兰榫接;第一铝板和第二铝板之间的区域中间设有第三铝板,第三铝板与第一铝板、第二铝板、法兰榫接;第一铝板和第二铝板之间的区域右侧设有第四铝板,第四铝板与第一铝板、第二铝板、法兰榫接;第四铝板下方设有第五铝板,第五铝板与第一铝板、第二铝板榫接;第一铝板和第二铝板之间的区域左侧设有第六铝板,第六铝板与第一铝板、第二铝板、法兰榫接。本发明设计有燕尾榫、龙凤榫二种榫卯连接以及走马销装配方法,实现了结构稳定性以及部件自装配,保证了安装精度,避免了焊接结构受力,降低了制造成本。
