The invention discloses an automatic driving method of a vehicle, an automatic driving platform and a vehicle system. The automatic driving method of the vehicle comprises the steps of determining the environment condition around the vehicle; determining whether there is an opposite vehicle in an adjacent lane during the overtaking period of the vehicle based on the environmental condition; determining whether the time required for overtaking of the vehicle is less than the collision time between the vehicle and the opposite vehicle under the condition that the opposite vehicle is in the adjacent lane during overtaking of the vehicle; and under the condition that the time required for overtaking of the vehicle is not shorter than the collision time of the vehicle and the vehicle running from the opposite side, controlling the vehicle to continue overtaking, and prompting the vehicle running from the opposite side to decelerate.
