The invention relates to an offshore wind plant ship video monitoring method, a system, equipment and a medium. The technical scheme of the method is characterized by comprising the steps: dividing a preset region in advance, and obtaining a wind power safety region and a wind power early warning region; acquiring image data in the preset region; recognizing all ships in a preset region according to the image data to obtain ship information of each ship; generating a ship model corresponding to each ship according to the ship information of each ship; displaying the ship information and the ship model in an associated manner; judging the ship according to the ship information; if the ship has the risk of entering the wind power early warning region, sending an alarm to the ship, and highlighting a ship model of the ship; the method has the advantage that the ship entering the offshore wind plant can be conveniently monitored and alarmed.

    本发明涉及海上风电场船舶视频监测方法、系统、设备及介质,其技术方案要点是:包括:预先对预设区域进行划分,得到风电安全区域和风电预警区域;获取预设区域内的图像数据;根据所述图像数据对预设区域内的所有船舶进行识别,得到各个船舶的船舶信息;根据各个船舶的船舶信息生成各个船舶对应的船舶模型;关联显示所述船舶信息和船舶模型;根据所述船舶信息对该船舶进行判断,若该船舶存在进入风电预警区域的风险,则向该船舶发出告警,并凸显该船舶的船舶模型;本申请具有方便对进入海上风电场的船舶监测并告警的优点。
