The invention relates to the technical field of rigging, and discloses a rigging anti-winding device for a large crane. The device comprises two fixing pins corresponding to each other left and right, wherein the back faces of the two fixing pins are fixedly connected with connecting rods, and the ends, away from the fixing pins, of the connecting rods are fixedly connected with transmission cylinders. A hole is formed in the center of the front face of the transmission cylinder, a center shaft is arranged in the hole in a sleeved mode, the center shaft is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the back face of the transmission cylinder, the outer wall, in the transmission cylinder, of the center shaft is fixedly connected with a movable plate, a trapezoidal groove is sectioned in the center of the top face of the movable plate, and a push ball is placed in the trapezoidal groove. By arranging the transmission cylinder, a guide plate is automatically driven to move downwards from the upper portion of a hoisting cable under a centrifugal force effect generated when the crane drives the rigging to move transversely, the hoisting cable is guided by a magnetic force, and shaking of the hoisting cable due to inertia is reduced, so that the probability that the hoisting cables collide with one another and are entangled is greatly reduced, and the working efficiency is improved favorably.

    本发明涉及索具技术领域,且公开了一种大型起重机索具防缠绕装置,包括固定销,固定销的数量为两个且呈左右对应,两个固定销的背面均固定连接有连接杆,连接杆远离固定销的一端固定连接有传动筒,传动筒的正面中心开设孔且套入有中心轴,中心轴与传动筒的背面内壁固定连接,中心轴在传动筒内的外壁固定连接有活动板,活动板的顶面中心剖切有梯形槽且放置有推球,通过传动筒的设置,利用起重机带动索具横向移动时产生的离心力作用,自动带动导板由吊货索上方向下移动,利用磁力的对吊货索进行导向,并减少吊货索因惯性产生的晃动,从而大幅降低吊货索相互碰撞而产生纠缠的概率,有利于提高工作效率。
