The invention discloses a whole-vehicle high-voltage power-on method and system for a pure electric vehicle, the method is applied to the pure electric vehicle. The method comprises the following steps of receiving an ON electric signal of the pure electric vehicle, and waking up all controller modules using the ON electric signal; after the vehicle control unit is awakened by ON power, a CG relay being controlled to be closed, and after the CG relay is closed, all high-voltage controllers being awakened; and judging whether a starting signal of the automobile is received or not, and if yes, controlling the whole pure electric automobile to be electrified at high voltage. By the adoption of the whole-vehicle high-voltage power-on method and system for the pure electric vehicle, all non-high-voltage controller modules need to be awakened through ON electricity, all high-voltage controllers need to be awakened through actuation of the CG relay, and finally the whole vehicle is powered on at high voltage after the pure electric vehicle is started. The method is advantaged in that the high-voltage power-on process of the whole vehicle is safer, and the safety performance of the pure electric vehicle can be effectively improved.

    本发明公开了一种纯电动汽车整车高压上电方法及系统,应用于纯电动汽车上,所述方法包括以下步骤:接收纯电动汽车的ON电信号,唤醒所有使用ON电的控制器模块;整车控制器被ON电唤醒后,控制CG继电器吸合,在所述CG继电器吸合后,唤醒所有的高压控制器;判断是否接收到汽车的启动信号,若是,控制所述纯电动汽车整车高压上电。采用本发明当中所示的纯电动汽车整车高压上电方法及系统,需要首先通过ON电唤醒所有的非高压的控制器模块,再通过CG继电器的吸合唤醒所有的高压控制器,最后在纯电动汽车启动后整车高压上电,本发明中的整车高压上电过程更为安全,能够有效提升纯电动汽车的安全性能。
