The invention discloses a high-low voltage power-on and power-off control method for a whole pure electric vehicle. The method comprises low-voltage power-on, high-voltage power-on, normal power-off and emergency power-off. According to the invention, low-voltage power-on is carried out and then high-voltage power-on is carried out; the key parts of power-on are provided with fault self-check; ifan accident occurs, corresponding fault processing is carried out; the possibility of danger of the vehicle is greatly reduced; power-off is divided into normal power-off and emergency power-off, conditions needing to be met by normal power-off are designed for normal power-off, another innovation point of the invention is that emergency power-off is designed, fault levels can be divided, and thefault levels correspond to different processing modes, so that the processing efficiency is greatly improved.

    一种纯电动汽车整车高低压上下电控制方法,包括低压上电、高压上电、正常下电和紧急下电,本发明先低压上电后进行高压上电,上电的关键部分都设置了故障自检,若有意外会进行相应的故障处理,大大降低了车辆发生危险的可能性,本专利又把下电分为正常下电和紧急下电,对于正常下电,设计了正常下电需要满足的条件,本专利的又一创新点是设计了紧急下电,会将故障等级进行划分,然后对应不同的处理方式,大大提高了处理效率。
