The invention discloses a spring buffering device for a tubular pile crane. The spring buffering device comprises a crane body, a hoisting adjusting mechanism is mounted at the top of the crane body and comprises a hoisting platform, the bottom of the hoisting platform is rotationally connected with the top of the crane body through a rotating shaft, a rotating hanging rod is horizontally arranged in an inner cavity of the hoisting platform, a hoisting rope winds around the outer wall of the rotating hanging rod in a sleeving mode, a motor mounting plate is fixed to the side wall of the back of the hoisting platform, a servo motor is mounted at the top of the motor mounting plate, a first electric telescopic arm rod is fixed to the outer side wall of one end of the hoisting platform, a mounting shaft sleeve is fixed to the telescopic end of the first electric telescopic arm rod, and a second electric telescopic arm rod is mounted on the side wall of the outer end of the crane body. The device is provided with a buffering spring, the situation that in the hoisting process, collision occurs, and consequently the clamped part of a building object is damaged or broken is effectively prevented, and in the strong wind and severe weather, the building object is effectively prevented from shaking in the hoisting process.

    本发明一种管桩起重机用弹簧缓冲装置,包括起重机本体,起重机本体顶部安装有起重调整机构,起重调整机构包括起重吊台,起重吊台底部通过转动轴和起重机本体顶部转动连接,起重吊台内腔水平设置有转动吊杆,转动吊杆外壁缠绕套接有起重吊绳,起重吊台背部侧壁固定有电机安装板,电机安装板顶部安装有伺服电机,起重吊台一端外侧壁固定有第一电动伸缩臂杆,第一电动伸缩臂杆伸缩端固定有安装轴套,起重机本体外端侧壁安装有第二电动伸缩臂杆,本发明装置设置有缓冲弹簧有效防止在吊装的过程中,发生碰撞,导致建筑物体夹持的部位发生损坏或破裂,在遇到大风恶劣天气时,有效防止建筑物体吊装的过程中发生晃动。
