The tower crane collision buffering device comprises a support rod arranged on the wall of a tower crane; the front end of the support rod is connected with a buffering tire through a hydraulic device; a buffering pad is provided between the hydraulic device and the support rod; the hydraulic device comprises a cylinder body, an inner pipe, a spring and a piston rod; an end cover is provided at the tail of the cylinder body; the spring is installed in a pipe body of the inner pipe and sleeved on a protrusion of the end cover together with the inner pipe; one end of the piston rod presses the spring, and the other end extends outwards to the outside of the cylinder body to be fixed with the tire; a bearing, a sealing device and pressure accumulation sponge are provided between the piston rod and the cylinder body; an oil inlet is formed in the end cover; and a check valve is provided at the oil inlet.
